Your organisation already has the stories. They are in someone's phone, a programme report and a conversation nobody wrote down. A storybank keeps them — with consent attached, so you can use them without asking again in a panic.

What each story record holds
- Who the story belongs to, and how they want to be named
- Consent status, scope and expiry — recorded, not remembered
- The story itself, in the person's own words where possible
- Programme, theme and outcome tags so you can find it later
- Photo, video and audio assets linked to the same consent
- Where it has already been used, so you do not overexpose one person
